Trio is where Palm Springs eats! Trio has an energetic, desert-casual atmosphere and great American modern food at reasonable prices, and is a place where anyone can come in, sit down and feel at home. It’s where the locals hang out, eat, drink and have fun. The extensive menu features a variety of fish, steak, organic salads plus seasonal items from local growers and farmers, with starters like signature Wisconsin cheese plate and such entrees as Lamb Shank braised in Burgundy, rosemary and garlic and served with lentils.
