One lucky winner will be the Face of Fashion Week El Paseo™ 2013. Enter by booking an appointment at Wink Lash & Beauty Bar for a complementary make-up service. The winner will be photographed and published in the May issue of Palm Springs Life and receive a “Day of Beauty” package valued at $500 from Wink Lash & Beauty Bar and their sister salon Just Blow Drys!
